"Recently, I have taken two 10-week sessions of Pilates with Dana.  I had a great experience!  Dana's classes are tailored to the participants and she always suggests modifications to those with limitations, as well as challenges to those more capable.  It is helpful that she has a physiotherapy background and understands the mechanics of movement.  

 

Dana has a thoughtful program that presents a wide variety of exercises, which are different in each class.  Her manner is very soothing and conducive to healing. Twenty-five years ago, I suffered a significant back injury (spinal compression fracture) and have wrestled with daily pain and sleep disturbances since that time, affecting my quality of life.  I had pursued many treatments, none of which addressed the root cause.  I have now had a marked improvement in my condition.  

 

This is especially incredible since her classes were very accessible and did not involve an intense effort.   I highly recommend Pilates with Dana!"
